Who we are
Welcome Gifts is a corporate gifting business operating from 35, Gogate Wadi Road, off Aarey Road, Ganesh Nagar Cooperative Housing Society, Goregaon East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400063, India. In the language of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for the information described below.
What this website collects
One thing only: what you type into the quote form. Nothing else on this site asks for or records personal information.

Please do not enter sensitive personal information into the notes field. The form is for business enquiries and nothing in it requires personal details about individuals.
What happens to a submitted form
It is transmitted over an encrypted connection to a server function, which formats it as an email and sends it to [email protected]. It is not written to any database, file store or log on this website. After that point the enquiry lives in our email, where it is kept for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of business correspondence.
Your IP address
When the form is submitted, the network address your request arrives from is read in order to limit how many submissions can be made in a short period. This exists to stop automated abuse. It is used for that check and is not stored by us or attached to your enquiry.
Cookies and browser storage
This website sets no cookies. It uses a single entry in your browser’s session storage to remember that you have already seen the opening animation, so it does not replay on every page. That entry contains no personal information, never leaves your device, and is discarded when you close the tab.
There is no advertising technology, no analytics tracker and no third-party pixel on any page of this site.

Links to Google Maps and LinkedIn are ordinary links. Nothing is embedded from them, and nothing is shared with them unless you choose to follow the link.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to tell you what personal data of yours we hold, to correct or complete it, to erase it where we are not required to keep it, and to raise a grievance about how it has been handled. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] with enough detail for us to find your enquiry.
Grievances
If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, write to [email protected] marked for the attention of the Grievance Officer, or to the postal address above. We will acknowledge and respond to complaints, and in any case within the period required by law.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. There is no archive of previous versions; the current version is the one that applies.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
